The Yoga Locker delivers worldwide with free delivery in Australia for orders over $75.

Your order will arrive to you packed in 100% recycled or recyclable cardboard and paper-based products. We never use single-use plastics.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

Your yoga mat is printed to order just for you. We aim to have your mat ready to ship within a week of your order. Production time may vary during peak-demand (e.g. Christmas) or for custom designed or personalised mats. We know you’re keen to get your mat, but making it with care and attention takes time.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

• Standard shipping Australia wide is approximately 3-7 working days to capitals, regional areas will vary

• Express shipping Australia wide is approximately 1-2 working days to capitals, regional areas will vary

• International Shipping is approximately 4-12 working days to capitals, regional areas will vary

We’ll send you a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number where applicable. If you don’t receive notification of despatch within 10 working days of placing your order, please get in touch at hello@theyogalocker.com

SHIPPING FEES

We offer free shipping within Australia for orders over $75. Shipping fees for smaller orders will be calculated at Check Out.

Shipping fees for international delivery will vary. Shipping fees to your region will be calculated at Check Out.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

For some customers outside of Australia, taxes will be due when your package arrives. These rates vary depending on the total cost of your order and the location it’s being delivered to. Please consult your government web site for a duty, tax, or VAT estimates.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a problem. We want you to love your mat!

How to return;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it (unwashed, unworn, unused) and in its original packaging with labels intact.  Please accompany your return with proof of purchase. 

You may return a product if:
• you've received a product you haven’t ordered
• you've received a product with a manufacturing defect
• you've received  garment of incorrect size – as long as it is has not been worn or washed and has tags and labels intact.

Some products may not be returned, unless defective. These include:
• personalised and custom designed-and-print products
• items that have been worn, washed or used
• items damaged by inappropriate use, or failure to follow care instructions

Where to make a return;

Email us at admin@theyogalocker.com within 14 days of delivery of your order, we will email you the address where you can send your return within 1-2 business days.

Please don't return orders without contacting us first as it may be difficult to track you down and resolve your problem quickly if we don't have all the information we need.

Note; You will be responsible for paying for returning shipping costs, except in the case of defective products or fulfilment error. Order shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

All of our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. In the rare event that there is a manufacturing fault, you may be entitled to an exchange.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please email admin@theyogalocker.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for exchange of defective items will be covered by The Yoga Locker.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will issue you with a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be made to the original credit card or method of payment within 7-10 business days.

E-gift cards are non-refundable.
